Our own CMS for client websites

Starting point
My clients needed to be able to update their websites easily themselves: legally sound, without trackers and without third-⁠party services in the background. And without the weight of a big website builder.
Solution
For this I developed my own website system, the FOKALiS CMS. Built with agentic coding: the AI writes the code to my plan, I review it, and my AI team tests security and legal compliance. Clients edit text and images directly on their page. The system generates the legal notice and privacy policy itself, plus contact forms, online booking and a shop that is ready to go.
Result
This website runs on the same CMS. More than 1,000 automated tests safeguard its functions. Statistics and embedded content such as maps or videos only load once visitors have given their consent.

As of October 2026. The system keeps growing.

What does an automation cost?

That depends on what is to be automated. After the free AI Potential Check comes the analysis and concept at a fixed price, which I credit in full if you go ahead. For the implementation, you receive a fixed-⁠price quote. Maintenance and further development are available as a monthly subscription if you wish.

Is my data safe?

I plan data protection in from the start. Where it makes sense, AI applications run locally on your own computers. Sensitive data then never leaves the building. Every solution is checked for security and data protection before handover.

Do callers notice they are talking to an AI?

Yes, and that is how it should be. The phone agent openly introduces itself as a digital assistant. As soon as something important comes up, it puts the caller through to you or notes a call-⁠back.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. It takes recurring tasks off your team’s hands, leaving more time for customers, quality and the actual work. Decisions are still made by people.

Do we need technical knowledge?

No. We set everything up, and I explain it so that your team can work with it straight away. If questions come up, I am your dedicated point of contact.

Will it work with the software we already use?

Usually, yes. Many programs for calendars, customer management, shops or accounting can be connected. Whether and how that works for you, we clarify together in the AI Potential Check.
