What you should know before the free AI Potential Check. Anything else, just ask me directly.
What does the AI Potential Check cost?
Nothing. The conversation is free and without obligation. You find out where AI can save your business time and money. Whether you would like a quote afterwards is entirely up to you.
What should I prepare?
Nothing in particular. A short list of the tasks that regularly cost you time is helpful. We clarify everything else together in the conversation.
Will you come to us, or do we talk by video?
Whichever you prefer. In Upper and Middle Franconia I come to your business; across the DACH region we talk by video. A phone call works too, of course. Mistelgau is only my registered office; there are no visitor appointments there.
Can I book an appointment online?
Yes. Via “Book an appointment online” you can see available times and reserve your AI Potential Check directly. You then receive an email about your appointment straight away (confirmation emails are sent in German). You can cancel or reschedule via the link in that email or with a quick call.
What happens after the conversation?
If you like, I take a closer look at your processes in an analysis and outline the solution. The analysis costs a fixed price, which I credit in full if you go ahead. For the implementation, you receive a fixed-price quote. That way you know in advance what everything costs. Work only starts once you agree.
What happens to the details I enter in the form?
Your message comes straight to me, as an email and in my own FOKALiS portal. I use your details to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an appointment or a quote. No sharing with third parties, no newsletter, no advertising. If no project comes about, I delete your message after six months at the latest. If it turns into a project, I keep the correspondence for as long as the law requires. Your rights and all the details are set out in the privacy policy (in German).
