First, a project of my own: a website system, developed with AI and in live use. Then an app for the race stewards of HOWE Simracing. I will add more client projects as soon as the businesses have agreed to publication.

- Starting point
- My clients needed to be able to update their websites easily themselves: legally sound, without trackers and without third-party services in the background. And without the weight of a big website builder.
- Solution
- For this I developed my own website system, the FOKALiS CMS. Built with agentic coding: the AI writes the code to my plan, I review it, and my AI team tests security and legal compliance. Clients edit text and images directly on their page. The system generates the legal notice and privacy policy itself, plus contact forms, online booking and a shop that is ready to go.
- Result
- This website runs on the same CMS. More than 1,000 automated tests safeguard its functions. Statistics and embedded content such as maps or videos only load once visitors have given their consent.

- Starting point
- The race stewards of the sim racing league HOWE Simracing review reported incidents, decide on penalties and keep track of penalty points, across several series and games. For this they needed a tool that brings reports, decisions and the archive together in one place.
- Solution
- My AI team and I developed the SIM REKO APP for this, using agentic coding: a Windows app for the stewards with its own server. Drivers submit penalty requests, statements or appeals via web forms. In the app, the stewards record incidents and penalties and send the decisions straight to the league’s Discord channels. The driver lists come from the registration platform The SimGrid.
- Result
- The app is in use with the race stewards. It works in German and English, updates are digitally signed, and the server checks which rights each steward has.
As of October 2026. The app is being developed continuously.
